"There was so much excitement about Usha's visit to Greenland this Friday, I decided I didn’t want her to have all the fun by herself, so I’ll be joining her," Vance said in a video posted on X. The visit had already caused unease, particularly due to the Vice President's remarks in an interview with Fox News, where he reiterated Washington's territorial ambitions over the island and stated that "Denmark is not a good ally" of the U.S.
