Rome, 25 Mar (LaPresse) – Western countries wishing to send a peacekeeping mission to Ukraine are ‘dreamers’. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Ria Novosti reports. ‘These dreamers, of course, demonstrate their total political incompetence every day,’ the Moscow diplomacy chief said in an interview reported by Ria Novosti.
