(LaPresse) – ‘For the effective implementation of the agreements, it is important to hold further technical consultations as soon as possible to agree on all the details and technical aspects of the implementation, monitoring and control of the agreements’. This was stated by the Ukrainian Defence Minister, Rustem Umerov, on X, regarding the Black Sea agreement.
