Moscow, March 23 (LaPresse) – "Russia and the United States still have a long way to go to resolve the situation in Ukraine; it makes no sense to delude ourselves about the immediate prospects." This was stated by the spokesman of President Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, on Russian television. "The atmosphere of the phone conversation between Putin and Trump – explained Peskov, according to the Tass news agency – was absolutely confident, frank, and constructive." The Kremlin spokesman then emphasized that the meeting between the leaders of the Russian Federation and the United States "must be carefully prepared: first of all, difficult technical negotiations will be necessary."
