Milan, March 18 (LaPresse) – Gaza's hospitals are "completely full" and are struggling to treat the injured Palestinians who are flooding in after the new Israeli attacks. This was stated by Muhammad Abu Salmiya, the director of the largest hospital in the enclave, Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. "Our hospitals are unable to accommodate the increasing number of injured, as operating rooms are completely full and the injured are dying without finding a bed for treatment," he wrote in a post on X. "The exhausted healthcare system is suffering from a shortage of medications and a severe lack of medical equipment."
