Brussels, March 18 (LaPresse) – "Hungary is unable to support the part of the European Council conclusions on Ukraine in general, including the section referring to Kaja Kallas' initiative. The section on Ukraine at various points contradicts Hungary's strategic interests and its strategic vision on how to create a new European security architecture," said Hungarian Minister for European Affairs, Janos Boka, upon his arrival at the EU General Affairs Council, speaking about the upcoming European Council meeting on Thursday. "I think it is very unlikely that we will find EU consensus among 27 member states on any text. I think it is very likely that the scenario from March 6 will be repeated, in which the conclusions will only refer to a discussion on Ukraine, and there will be another text supported by a strong majority of EU member states," he clarified.
