Milan, 6 Mar (LaPresse) – Four prominent members of US President Donald Trump's entourage held secret talks with some of Volodymyr Zelensky's main political opponents in Kiev. This was revealed by Politico, which cites three Ukrainian parliamentarians and a US Republican foreign policy expert. The talks involved Ukrainian opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko, a former premier, and leading members of the party of Petro Poroshenko, Zelensky's predecessor to the presidency. According to Politico, the discussions focused on the possibility of Ukraine holding snap presidential elections.
