Ukraine, Zelensky: "Progress with the U.S. on Agreement for Minerals and Rare Earths"

Rome, February 23 (LaPresse) – Ukraine "is making progress" with the United States on the agreement concerning minerals and rare earths. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a press conference in Kyiv.
