This was stated by the spokesperson of the Ukrainian president, Serhii Nikiforov, specifying that the conference was canceled after the meeting. Kellogg's trip to Kiev coincided with the recent back-and-forth between Trump and Zelensky, which has strained their personal relationships and further cast doubt on the future of US support for Ukraine's war effort.
