Rome, February 18 (LaPresse) – The negotiations taking place "between representatives of Russia and representatives of the United States" are "about Ukraine, again about Ukraine, but without Ukraine." This was stated by Kyiv's leader, Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking from Ankara, where he is on an official visit. The statement was reported by Interfax Ukraine.
