Milan, Feb. 6 (LaPresse) – The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) stated that it is "authorized to set tolls and other fees for canal transit," adding that "no changes have been made."
With this statement, the ACP denied the claim made on social media by the U.S. State Department, which had announced that U.S. government vessels would be able to transit the Panama Canal free of charge.
