Washington (USA), Jan 31 (LaPresse/AP) – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Canada is ready to react to Donald Trump's decision to impose tariffs on imports from the North American country. ‘We are ready with a response, a targeted, forceful but reasonable and immediate response,’ Trudeau said. ‘That's not what we want, but if he goes ahead, we will act as well.’ Trudeau said tariffs would have ‘disastrous consequences’ for the US, putting American jobs at risk and driving up prices.
