Milan, Jan 16 (LaPresse/AP) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office denounced what it called a ‘last-minute crisis’, accusing Hamas of reneging on parts of the agreement in an attempt to ‘extort last-minute concessions’. ‘The Israeli Cabinet will not meet’ to approve the Gaza ceasefire and hostage release agreement “until the mediators inform Israel that Hamas has accepted all elements of the agreement,” Netanyahu's office said. The Israeli Cabinet meeting to approve the agreement was initially expected to take place this morning at 11am local time, 10am in Italy.
