Turin, May 10 (LaPresse) – Aprilia secured a historic one-two-three finish in the MotoGP class at the French Grand Prix. Jorge Martin triumphed ahead of Marco Bezzecchi, who had led from the first corner but was caught in the final laps by his teammate, who thus repeated his victory from yesterday’s sprint race. Ai Ogura rounded out the podium. A race to forget for pole sitter Pecco Bagnaia, who crashed shortly after the halfway point while running in second place. Just off the podium was Fabio Di Giannantonio, fourth on the first of the Ducatis. In the world standings, Martin closes the gap on leader Bezzecchi, moving to within one point of the Italian rider.
