Rocchi case: Marotta: ‘Inter acted with the utmost integrity; there are no referees we like or dislike’

Turin, 26 April (LaPresse) – ‘We don’t have referees we like or dislike; we know we have acted with the utmost integrity. Last year was a season in which, objectively speaking, we also faced adverse decisions that were subsequently upheld by the refereeing authorities – I’m referring to the penalty not awarded during the Inter v Roma match.’ This was the Inter president’s comment to Sky Sport ahead of the Torino v Inter match, regarding the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office investigation into the refereeing world and the referee coordinator Gianluca Rocchi, in which the Nerazzurri club is also mentioned.
