(LaPresse) – ‘I don’t have a specific plan, other than to simply give it a go.’ So said Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, speaking at a press conference on the eve of the Champions League round of 16 second leg against Real Madrid, who won the first leg 3-0 at the Bernabéu. ‘It will have to be a perfect match in many, many respects: our players, the referee’s decisions. Many, many things have to be perfect,’ warned the Catalan coach, who added: ‘We need to put on a good show for our fans; let’s hope they can give us a boost. We’ll give it a go.’
