Milan, 15 February (LaPresse) – The match between Cremonese and Genoa, valid for the 25th day of Serie A, ends 0-0. A result that leaves the positions in the standings of the two teams essentially unchanged, tied at 24 points, +4 above the relegation zone. The first half ended goalless at the Zini, with the hosts dangerous early on through Vardy, but then Genoa pushed forward with greater determination. The Ligurians came close to scoring first through Messias and then Norton-Cuffy. In the second half, Messias was again dangerous for Genoa. As the minutes passed, Cremonese came to the fore, with Nicola's team coming close to taking the lead within a couple of minutes, first with Grassi and then with Thorsby. In stoppage time, Cremo came close to scoring the winning goal with a sensational shot from Bonazzoli that hit the crossbar. De Rossi saved the day.
