Livigno (Sondrio), Feb. 12 (LaPresse) – Much fear but no consequences for Italian snowboarder Michela Moioli, who fell yesterday in training in Livigno after colliding with another athlete. The Italian hit her head, but no medical protocol was initiated. For the champion, gold medalist in Pyeongchang 2018, her participation in tomorrow’s snowboard cross race is not at risk. Moioli sustained a facial trauma with no other physical consequences, according to FISI. She will rest today and be re-evaluated by the FISI medical commission both tonight and tomorrow morning.
