Turin, 24 Dec. (LaPresse) – San Antonio beats Oklahoma City, the team with the best NBA record, with a score of 130-110 despite Gilgeous-Alexander's 33 points and 8 assists. On the other side, Castle and Johnson made an excellent contribution, scoring 25 points each coming off the bench. In other games played last night, Houston fell at home to the Clippers 128-108, led by Leonard with 41 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Harden also made an excellent contribution with 29 points, while Durant's 22 points were not enough for the Rockets. Minnesota beat New York 115-104 thanks to Edwards' 38 points, supported by Randle's 25, which nullified Towns' double-double of 40 points and 13 rebounds. Dallas prevailed at the buzzer against Denver (131-130) after squandering a 21-point lead: rookie Flagg nearly had a triple-double with 31 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists, Davis added 31 points, while Jokic's 29 points and 14 assists were useless for the Nuggets. The Lakers, decimated by injuries, collapse 132-108 against Phoenix, led by Brooks' 25 points and Booker's 21. Miami collapses at home against Toronto 91-112 with Barnes scoring 27 points and grabbing 8 rebounds. A lacklustre performance for Fontecchio, who finished with 5 points, 3 rebounds and one assist in nine minutes of play.
