Rome, 21 December (LaPresse) – On the 16th matchday of the championship, Fiorentina secured its first victory of the year in Serie A. Vanoli's team defeated Udinese with a resounding 5-1 victory. The match was decided in the 8th minute when Friuli goalkeeper Okoye was sent off. The Tuscan side took advantage of this and scored through Mandragora in the 21st minute, Gudmunsson in the 42nd minute and Ndour in the 45th minute, ending the first half 3-0. In the second half, Kean ran riot. The centre forward scored twice in the 56th and 58th minutes. Solet scored for Udinese in the 66th minute.
