There is a difference between playing to fight and playing to win.’ This was clarified by Luciano Spalletti, Juventus coach, at a press conference on the eve of the Champions League match against Sporting Lisbon. ‘We have a name and a history that we measure ourselves against every day,’ he added, ‘and it's good for us to do so because it motivates us to always do better. As long as it's mathematically possible, we have to be in a position to fight for everything.’
