Milan, 27 September (LaPresse) – Jannik Sinner qualifies for the quarter-finals of the China Open in Beijing (ATP 500). The Italian tennis player, world number 2 and top seed, struggled more than expected to defeat France's Terence Atmane, world number 68, in three sets with a score of 6-4, 5-7, 6-0. It must be said that in the third set, the Frenchman suffered an injury that effectively prevented him from playing. In the next round, Sinner will face Hungary's Fabian Marozsan, who defeated France's Alexandre Muller 6-3, 7-6 (5).
