Turin, Sept. 10 (LaPresse) – First defeat for Carlo Ancelotti as Brazil coach. The Seleção lost 1–0 away to Bolivia in a match valid for the 18th round of 2026 World Cup qualifying. The decisive goal came from Miguelito, who scored from the penalty spot in stoppage time of the first half. With this victory, Bolivia overtakes Venezuela—who were crushed 6–3 by Colombia—and climbs to seventh place in the group, which qualifies for the playoffs.
