Rome, August 9 (LaPresse) – The first details of the 2025-26 NBA schedule have arrived. The season will officially open on Tuesday, October 21, with two big games: the Houston Rockets visiting the reigning champions Oklahoma City Thunder, and the Los Angeles Lakers hosting the Golden State Warriors — featuring LeBron James and Doncic against Steph Curry. The Thunder will receive their championship rings in front of their home crowd at the Paycom Center. As usual, there will be five Christmas Day games, including Lakers vs. Rockets (Durant vs. James) and Wembanyama’s Spurs visiting the Thunder. The other Christmas matchups are New York Knicks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, Golden State Warriors vs. Dallas Mavericks, and Denver Nuggets vs. Minnesota Timberwolves.
