Milan, 3 August (LaPresse) – Another medal for Italy at the World Swimming Championships in Singapore. Benedetta Pilato won bronze in the 50m breaststroke final with a time of 30.14. Gold went to Lithuania's Ruta Meilutyte in 29.55, silver to China's Qianting Tang in 30.03. Fourth place went to another Italian, Anita Bottazzo, in 30.21. This is Pilato's fifth world championship medal in the 50-metre breaststroke.
