Rome, 26 July (LaPresse) – Another victory for the Italian women's volleyball team, led by Julio Velasco, who beat Poland and advanced to the final of the Volleyball Nations League, the third in four years for the women's national team. It was a tough test on paper for the Azzurre, who faced the hosts in Lodz. But Velasco's girls, reigning Olympic champions, once again showed their character, overwhelming the Poles 3-0 (25-18, 25-16, 25-14).
