Milan, 10 July (LaPresse) – Torino Football Club ‘is pleased to announce that it has renewed the contract for the sporting services of footballer Gvidas Gineitis until 30 June 2029, with an option for the following season’.Gineitis was born in Mažeikiai, Lithuania, on 15 April 2004. The midfielder grew up playing football in the youth teams of NFA Kaunas, the club where he made his professional debut in 2018. He then played for FK Atmosfera. In the summer of 2020, he moved to Italy to join SPAL's youth academy, where he made eight appearances. He joined Torino in February 2022. After completing his training in the Granata youth academy, he was promoted to the first team for the 2022-23 season, gradually becoming a key player for the team. His Serie A debut came on 10 February 2023 in the match against Milan. To date, he has made 49 appearances and scored three goals for Torino. The midfielder also has 22 appearances and two goals for the Lithuanian national team.
