(LaPresse) – Monza, the club recently relegated to Serie B, is changing ownership. “Fininvest S.p.A. and Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) announce that they have signed an agreement today for the sale of 100% of the share capital of AC Monza to BLV,” reads a statement from Fininvest. "The transaction involves an initial transfer of 80% of the shares by the end of the summer, with the remaining 20% to be sold by June 2026. Until then, Fininvest will maintain representation on the club's Board of Directors, in line with its remaining shareholding,“ the statement continues. ”Beckett Layne Ventures, based in the United States and led by Brandon Berger, is a financial partner and strategic advisor to companies active in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors. The BLV team, together with its partners and advisors, including Mauro Baldissoni (a senior figure at AS Roma for several years), has solid experience in professional sports, with a particular focus on European soccer.
