Rome, June 26 (LaPresse) – It's a transfer window limited to outgoing deals for Lazio. The Biancocelesti have exceeded the three key financial parameters set by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) — liquidity index, debt level, and extended labor cost — and are therefore prohibited from registering new players.
As a result, Covisoc has blocked the club's summer transfer market until September 1st.
These three financial criteria were introduced to align the Serie A licensing system with UEFA’s Financial Fair Play requirements.
