Milan, 14 June (LaPresse) – Tennis legend Roger Federer kicked off the 24 Hours of Le Mans on Saturday at 4 p.m. on the circuit of the same name in Sarthe, inaugurating the 93rd edition. The Swiss champion thoroughly enjoyed the experience. "It's truly legendary to be here in person, to feel the atmosphere. I'm honestly exhausted because it was a very exciting and demanding experience,‘ Federer told French television after starting the 24 Hours of Le Mans. ’I think it's a great honour for me, at least, to see the drivers, but also the passionate fans of this incredible sport. It's fantastic; I'm very excited to be able to do it," he added.
