Mondiale Club, Inter's first training session in Los Angeles

Milan, 13 June (LaPresse) – Inter have taken their first steps on the pitch as they officially begin their preparations for their debut in the FIFA Club World Cup. On a cloudy morning in Los Angeles, training sessions got underway for Chivu's side ahead of their first match, scheduled for Tuesday 17 June at 6pm.The facilities hosting the Nerazzurri's training sessions are those of the UCLA Campus, the University of California, Los Angeles. It is a familiar place for the Club, which trained on these pitches during its 2009 summer tour (when it played a friendly match against the UCLA Bruins, which ended 2-2, right on the campus). Inter's morning session took place at the Wallis Annenberg Stadium, the university campus's football-only stadium and a landmark for university sports. The stadium is the official home of the UCLA Bruins men's and women's football teams. At the end of training, Kyle Alexander Kuzma, American basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks, visited the team and exchanged a few words with some of the Nerazzurri players, who presented him with a Nerazzurri shirt.
