Milan, 30 May (LaPresse) – It's official: Massimiliano Allegri is returning to coach Milan. ‘AC Milan announces that it has entrusted the technical management of the men's first team to Massimiliano Allegri,’ the Rossoneri club wrote in a statement published on its website. "Born in Livorno on 11 August 1967, Massimiliano Allegri played in Serie A with Pisa, Pescara, Cagliari, Perugia and Napoli before beginning his coaching career in 2002. He coached Aglianese, Spal, Grosseto and Sassuolo before being called to Cagliari in 2008, where he made his Serie A debut. In 2010, he arrived at Milan, where he immediately won the Rossoneri's 18th Scudetto and the 2011 Italian Super Cup. From 2014 to 2019, and then from 2021 to 2024, he sat on the bench of Juventus, with whom he won five league titles, five Coppa Italia trophies and two Italian Super Cups. The club wishes Massimiliano and his staff all the best for the future.
