Turin, 24 May (LaPresse) – Alex Marquez dominated the sprint race of the British Grand Prix in the MotoGP class. The Gresini team rider finished more than three seconds ahead of his brother Marc, with Fabio Di Giannantonio completing the podium on his Ducati VR46. Pecco Bagnaia finished off the podium in sixth place after a tyre failure, overtaken in the final stages by Marco Bezzecchi (Aprilia) and Johann Zarco (Honda Lrc). Pole sitter Fabio Quartararo finished seventh.
