Roma, 13 mag. (LaPresse) – The long rain delay did not affect Lorenzo Musetti's focus as he defeated Daniil Medvedev, earning applause from the Grand Stand Arena at the Italian Tennis Open. The Italian reached the quarterfinals with a two-set victory (7-5, 6-4) after a match that was extended due to bad weather conditions. The interruption occurred on match point for Musetti just before 5 PM. The match resumed after nearly three hours, around 7:30 PM, and Musetti managed to close it out without hesitation.
