Torino, 13 mag. (LaPresse) – The podium was entirely Dutch in the fourth stage of the Giro d'Italia, a flat 189 km leg from Alberobello to Lecce. Casper Van Uden (Team Picnic PostNL) won the sprint ahead of Olav Kooij (Team Visma Lease a Bike) and Maikel Zijlaard (Tudor Pro Cycling Team). Mads Pedersen (Lidl Trek) finished fourth and kept the pink jersey despite a difficult day, having been involved in two crashes. Matteo Moschetti (Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team) came in tenth, the best-placed Italian.
