Turin, May 4 (LaPresse) – Real Madrid stays in the La Liga title race, responding to Barcelona’s win last night with a 3–2 victory over Celta Vigo in the match valid for the 34th round of the league. The result brings Ancelotti’s team back within four points of the leaders, ahead of next Sunday’s head-to-head clash in Catalonia. Arda Güler opened the scoring in the 33rd minute, and Mbappé doubled the lead five minutes later. In the second half, the Frenchman scored again in the 48th minute for his brace. The visitors fought back with goals from Rodriguez in the 69th and Swedberg in the 76th minute, reigniting a match that had seemed over. Real Madrid now climbs to 75 points, just four behind Barça, while Celta remains at 46 points, holding seventh place.
