Milan, May 2 (LaPresse) – Inter captain Lautaro Martinez, who was forced off due to injury in the second half of the Champions League semifinal first leg against Barcelona, has suffered a "strain to the flexor muscles of his left thigh." The club confirmed the diagnosis in an official statement. "The striker's condition will be assessed day by day," Inter added. The Argentine will miss tomorrow’s Serie A match against Verona and is highly doubtful for the return leg against Barcelona, scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, at San Siro.
