Milan, 26 April (LaPresse) – ’My last match in Madrid? It could be. It could be. I'm not sure if I'll be back. So, I don't know, I don't know what to say. I mean, I'll be back, maybe not as a player, obviously. I hope not, but it could be.’ Novak Djokovic spoke at a press conference after his defeat in his opening match at the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Madrid against Italy's Matteo Arnaldi. ‘Obviously,’ explained Nole, ‘after losing a match, you never feel good, but unfortunately, it's happened to me several times in the first round this year. I knew it would be a tough opening match for me in this tournament. Arnaldi is a really strong, quality player. And I haven't played many matches on clay. I trained well, but it's completely different when you step onto the court for an official match. I think the positive thing is that I enjoyed myself much more than in Monte Carlo or some other tournaments. But obviously, the level of tennis is not yet where I want it to be. This time, I lost to a player who was better than me.’
