Turin, April 23 (LaPresse) – Tadej Pogacar has won the 2025 edition of La Flèche Wallonne. The UAE Team Emirates superstar claimed a solo victory, dropping all his rivals on the final climb of the Mur de Huy. This marks his second career win in the race, his sixth victory of the season, and the 94th of his career.
Frenchman Kevin Vauquelin (Arkéa B&B Hotels), who also finished second last year, took the runner-up spot again. Britain’s Tom Pidcock (Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team) completed the podium.
Pre-race co-favorite Remco Evenepoel (Soudal Quick-Step) finished in ninth place.
