F1: Saudi Arabian GP, Piastri wins ahead of Verstappen, Leclerc third

Rome, 20 April (LaPresse) – Oscar Piastri won the Saudi Arabian GP, the fifth round of the F1 World Championship. The McLaren driver preceded the Red Bull of Max Verstappen, penalised by 5’ immediately after the start for cutting the corner in an attempt to prevent the Australian from overtaking, who obtained his fifth career success and new World Championship leader. And he has already won three races, while Norris is stuck at 1. Excellent third place for the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc, who gives the β€˜red’ its first podium of the season. The Monegasque preceded the other McLaren of Lando Norris, followed by the Mercedes of Russell and Antonelli. Seventh place for the other red of Lewis Hamilton, who preceded the Williams of Carlos Sainz. Tenth was Hadjar.
