The Spanish world number two, and winner of the Monte Carlo tournament, defeated Australia’s Alex De Minaur, ranked 7th, in the quarterfinals with a score of 7-5, 6-3. In the semifinals, the Spaniard will face the winner of the match between Greece's Stefanos Tsitsipas and France's Arthur Fils.
