Rome, 5 March (LaPresse) – Inter take the spoils at the de Kuip stadium in Rotterdam and book their place in the quarter finals of the Champions League, beating Feyenoord 0-2. Simone Inzaghi's men tamed the Dutch and took the lead in the 38th minute: Asslani found Dumfries on the wing, who touched the ball to Barella. The Italian midfielder crossed the ball and found the winning touch of Marcus Thuram. The second goal came in the 50th minute: Bastoni crossed from the left and Zielinski was there to meet it: his shot was blocked but the ball came back to the feet of the Pole who set up Lautaro in the area who shot under the crossbar. In the 63rd minute Inter missed the chance to make it 0-3 when Zielinski was denied by the goalkeeper after Thuram had won a penalty following a VAR review.
