Milan, February 28 (LaPresse) – Fiorentina defeated Lecce 1-0 at the Artemio Franchi thanks to a goal by Gosens in the 9th minute in the opening match of Serie A's 27th round. This victory brings the Viola to 45 points in the league, temporarily placing them in sixth position and in the European competition zone, awaiting the result of Bologna-Cagliari. Lecce remains at 25 points in 16th place, just four points ahead of Empoli, which sits in the relegation zone.
