Rome, April 29 (LaPresse) – With 159 votes in favour, 33 against and 55 abstentions, the Chamber of Deputies has approved in first reading the constitutional bill on the “amendment of Article 114 of the Constitution regarding Rome Capital.” This is the first of the four parliamentary readings required for a constitutional amendment. The text will now be sent to the Senate.
