Should this disgraceful request be formalised, I announce right now that Italy will reject it outright and will not act on it. I trust in the Swiss authorities’ sense of responsibility and hope that the report proves to be entirely unfounded.” So said Giorgia Meloni on Facebook, commenting on the news that Switzerland intends to ask Italy to reimburse the medical costs incurred by the hospital in Sion for the admission of three Italian youths injured in the fire at the Le Constellation nightclub in Crans-Montana.
