Rome, 9 March (LaPresse) – "On 22 and 23 March, you will be called to vote in a referendum to confirm or reject the justice reform proposed by the government. In recent months, and even more intensely in recent weeks, a climate of great confusion has arisen around this referendum. Controversy, simplifications, slogans and, in many cases, partial or, worse, completely distorted information have overlapped. For this reason, I have decided to try to explain as clearly as possible some of the fundamental points of the reform that Italians will be called upon to confirm or reject with their vote, and to explain why I consider it important to go out and vote, and to vote yes, that is, to confirm the reform. Because this is a very important reform if we want to modernise Italy, and it is important for all Italians. It affects them all, more than they think." This was stated by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in a video posted on social media accompanied by a post in which the Prime Minister writes: “What is really in the justice reform: 13 minutes to clarify and respond to the trivialisations and too many hoaxes put into circulation”.
