Rome, 16 February (LaPresse) – Upon her arrival in Niscemi, Giorgia Meloni was welcomed by Mayor Massimiliano Conti, who addressed the Prime Minister, saying: ‘We will not stop and we will not give up. Never.’ The Prime Minister, wearing a Civil Protection helmet, carried out an inspection of the red zone in the municipality in the province of Caltanissetta, stopping near the landslide. Meloni then visited the site where the stone cross of Niscemi has been placed, the recovery of which was completed yesterday. Finally, the Prime Minister took part in an operational meeting with the head of the Civil Protection Department, Fabio Ciciliano.
