Milan, 30 January (LaPresse) – ‘I would find it disrespectful to dwell on refuting certain repugnant insinuations that have been circulating in recent days regarding the hypothesis of unlawful interference on our part in the exclusive and sovereign activity of the judiciary.’ This was stated by the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, during his speech at the inauguration ceremony for the 2026 judicial year at the Supreme Court of Cassation in Rome.
