Rome, 27 December (LaPresse) – A total of 949 amendments to the budget bill have been submitted to the Budget Committee by members of various opposition groups. The deadline for the agenda in the Chamber is tomorrow at 4 p.m. The Montecitorio Committee will meet again tomorrow at 9.30 a.m. in the Sala del Mappamondo, with voting starting at 10.30 a.m. The budget law will then be sent to the Assembly, which has already been convened at 4 p.m. for general discussion (the government is expected to call a vote of confidence at around 7 p.m.). Final approval is expected by the morning of Tuesday, 30 December.
