Milan, 20 Dec. (LaPresse) – "This is not a budget but a horror film: directed by a government of total incompetents, divided on everything, who only know how to obey the powers that be and international chancelleries. The victims are pensioners – betrayed and treated like ATMs – citizens harassed by taxes, and businesses left to fend for themselves.‘ This was stated by Chiara Appendino, former vice-president of the Five Star Movement and former mayor of Turin, in an interview with Corriere della Sera. According to Appendino, ’all that was needed was not to throw billions and billions into rearmament and to really take from banks and lobbies. We have presented our proposals: allocation of 500 million for security pacts as proposed in my amendment, minimum wage, fund for SMEs against high bills, extension of the original version of Opzione Donna, strengthening of the single allowance."
